Abstract

This study on the management systems for technical and vocational education and training (TVET) trainers and supervisory staff (T&SS) involves four countries: Benin, Ethiopia, Madagascar, and Senegal. These countries were investigated for their TVET systems with a particular focus on the management arrangements for trainers and supervisory staff. It was made possible thanks to the experts from the platform of expertise in vocational training (PEFOP) at the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning Office for Africa (IIPE-Dakar).
