Abstract
The main purpose of this report is to comprehensively evaluate the scalability, progress, and impact of both educational programs. It emphasizes assessing their scaling strategies, readiness of institutions, and adaptability in various contexts. Utilizing the four guiding principles of scaling science, the report aims to make well-informed decisions to strengthen institutional efforts and promote inclusive access to public schools and after-school ECA programs. Through analysis, the report offers valuable insights into the effectiveness and scalability of these programs, ultimately contributing to an enhanced education system for children in Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal.
