Abstract

An informal formative evaluation of the National Literacy Acceleration Programme (NALAP) in Ghana. NALAP is an early grade reading instructional program in mother tongue with transition to English for kindergarten to fourth grade. The report informally evaluates how national implementation is proceeding after one year and makes recommendations for improvements.
