Designing policies for flexible learning pathways in higher education: self-assessment guidelines for policy makers and planners

Abstract

These guidelines set out the key policy aspects for creating an effective ecosystem for flexible learning pathways (FLPs). They include examples of good practice from various countries and can be used by a wide range of actors including government officials, education stakeholders, and organizations supporting implementation of higher education reforms.
