Abstract

This Education Sector Analysis (ESA) report is the second of its kind in Sierra Leone in the last ten years. With a focus on gender, the report highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the performance of the education/training system as a whole in terms of: coverage, internal efficiency, quality, equity and external efficiency. Its outputs will feed the reflection on the development of the next education and training sector plan in the country.
