Enviado por admin em
Abstract

This brief presents findings from the project’s first phase in Chad, which aims to document the policy and institutional infrastructure for hiring and supporting school leaders, the representation of women in school leadership at national and subnational levels and the main barriers women face to becoming school leaders. The findings presented are based on a review of national policy documents, in-depth interviews with key informants in the Chadian education system and analysis of the Education Management Information System databases from 2017/18 to 2020/21.
