Teacher management in refugee settings: Kenya

Submitted by admin on
Abstract

Effective teacher management is a key policy lever to ensuring inclusive, equitable, and quality education systems. This case study contributes to the evidence on management of teachers in Kenya. It builds an understanding of the policy landscape surrounding primary-level teacher management, and compares management of teachers in refugee camps with those in host community public schools. It also identifies promising areas for development in order to support national priorities.
