Abstract
This study reviews recent developments in the rapidly expanding sector of non-public secondary schools in Thailand. It is based on original primary data collected via a sample of schools, interviews and visits. The study compares and analyzes the key characteristics of these schools, giving reasons for their demand-driven nature.
