Secondary teacher management: requirements, allocation, and utilization

Submitted by admin on
Abstract

Secondary education is an essential step between primary and tertiary levels and has received increasing attention from the international community since its acknowledgement in the SDGs in 2015. These guidelines have two main purposes: firstly, to act as a tool for technicians when planning and analysing data on their secondary teacher workforce in relation to teacher requirements, allocation, and utilization. Secondly, they will help inform policy makers about the challenges at secondary level and potential policy options.
