Abstract

The second of IIEP’s Technical Notes series explores how using geographically weighted regressions can determine where policies might have the greatest effect on communities. It proposes a methodology which will inform planners in better understanding where certain interventions would be most effective, thus helping to identify the regions to prioritize.
