Geographically Weighted Regressions for prioritizing educational planning, policies, and interventions

The second of IIEP’s Technical Notes series explores how using geographically weighted regressions can determine where policies might have the greatest effect on communities. It proposes a methodology which will inform planners in better understanding where certain interventions would be most effective, thus helping to identify the regions to prioritize.
