Today’s modern economy and higher education space demands a diverse and specialized array of academic, technical and problem-solving skills. To ensure students are both college and career ready, K-12 schools nationwide are exploring new approaches to provide greater personalization, ensuring every student has the knowledge, skills, and competencies to succeed. In this paper, Competency Works assembles insights from a two-day conversation with twenty-three field experts who work in competency education, personalized learning, and blended.
